Saatchi Gallery is a very popular Arts Gallery. It operates as a springboard for young artists to launch their careers.
Saatchi Gallery is a London gallery for contemporary art opened by Charles Saatchi in 1985. It started with his collections. The Gallery occupies 70,000 sq ft building facilitating also a book shop, educational facilities and a restaurant café/bar. It is ideally located in a central London location on Kings Road, Chelsea.
The gallery has been an influence on art in Britain since its opening. Many artists shown at the gallery are unknown not only to the general public but also to the commercial art world as well. Many of these artists are subsequently offered shows by galleries and museums internationally. In this effect, the art gallery also operates as a springboard for young artists to launch their careers.
